- annabel de wildt Added 2018-02-04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I bought paper in the store and all they had to do was ship it out. No one knew how to get it shipped even though we always get orders shipped to work from Staples. A few days later I called and the employee said he was going to call me back and never did. When I called again the same person answered and said a different employee will call back. Well this is just about the worst customer service ever. How many people does it take to ship 1 simple order???
